Pricing
Readers and authors are not charged for our services. Instead, we finance the maintenance of submission systems, manuscript production, and electronic tools for long-term archiving through the collection of publication fees from conference organizers.
Five types of services for conference publications
Conference Proceedings, Special Issue, Journal, Abstract Book, Book.
SciencePG Proceeding Series are online, open access journals publishing proceedings of conferences across all disciplines. All SciencePG Proceeding Series are published as volumes in a subject-specific series and all proceedings are open access and hence freely accessible for all to read. Where applicable, we will take care to submit these proceedings to relevant indexation databases. Full-length articles of any national or international conference/workshop can publish their proceedings with us.
The conference organizers are welcome to submit their research findings for publication in the proceedings series. Conferences must fulfill the following criteria:
The conference must focus on presenting academic research; |

The conference must have a committee composed of scholars in the field of study; |

The conference website and promotional materials shall not contain misleading or false information; |
|
All articles should be original, not copied; |
|
Articles included in the proceedings will be selected based on their merits through the peer review process by the conference publishing committee; |

If any article does not meet quality standards or violates our publishing policy, we reserve the right to refuse inclusion. |
Proceedings are published differently from regular journals in several aspects:
Proceedings papers are submitted directly to the conference publishing committee, which is responsible for the review process and selects articles. |

The conference organizer submits the proceedings papers to SciencePG in batches rather than each paper individually. |
|
We will not publish any proceedings until the entire collection of articles meets SciencePG publication requirements. |
|
The proceedings papers are published as a single collection (volume) of SPG Conference Proceedings. |

The CC BY license permits commercial and non-commercial re-use of an open access article, as long as the author is properly attributed. This ensures that the work gets maximum exposure, and the authors receive due credit for their contribution.
Copyright on any research article published by a SciencePG is retained by the author(s). Authors grant SciencePG a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.

Conference special issue includes the full-length articles that were exhibited in an academic conference. To be included in the special issue, articles must undergo a rigorous peer review process and are free from publication and plagiarism, then be selected based on their scientific quality and merit. The conference organizers are welcome to publish conference articles in the special issue.

We will require at least 4 weeks for copyediting after receiving all the contents. |

The publication fee for each article will be based on the price of the selected journal.

The conference book of abstracts will be published as a book with an assigned ISBN. This book will contain abstracts of all the presented articles, poster presentations, oral communication, etc.
Conference organizers are invited to publish their abstract as a book with the following features:

Abstracts are not considered preprints, allowing authors to freely publish full papers in any academic journal. |
The abstract should be composed of a title, author(s), affiliation(s), email(s), abstract, keywords, references. |

The number of words of the “Abstract” should be between 200 and 400. |
The Abstract Book will be published free of charge until May 31, 2024.

Conference organizers can publish conference articles as a conference book with ISBN & DOI. This book will contain full-length conference articles, and the book is published in open access (OA) book format, so it is free for all to read, resulting in high visibility and increased citations. Publishing the outcomes of your conference in a book ensures a long-term point of reference for researchers, students, and professionals.

The conference organizer looks at the aims & scope of the journal, then chooses to work with journals that are closely related to the topic of the conference. Once accepted, the full paper will be published online according to the topic in the following partner journals. All accepted papers will be published online 10-60 days after receiving the final draft.
In addition, authors of accepted abstracts are kindly advised to submit the full articles for publication in the partner journal.
